Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us today!  In store purchased may be returned within 7 days for.  Online orders will receive an account credit Only and must be mailed back within 7 days of recieving.  Please make sure all tags remain attached, items are free from pet hair and odors. If you need to return an item after 7 days you may do so at a 50% restocking fee. All Locally Made and Sale Items are FINAL and not returnable.

Shipping:

• Exact shipping rate is calculated for website purchases.  
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Anoka, Minnesota (Choose option at checkout.)
• If you qualified for free shipping or received any discount on your order, you are responsible to pay for shipping on any returns.  
• Any Parcels Scanned into and lost by the Post Office is the responsibility of the Postal Service to cover cost of lost items.  

 

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 7 days from your date of purchase.
• If returned after 7 days a 50% restocking fee will apply.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: Locally made, accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges: if recieved an item with Free Shipping, it is your responsibility to cover Return Shipping costs.  If original shipping is the customer’s responsibility,  we will cover return shipping for you just contact us to obtain that shipping label within 7 days of receiving the item.
